In fact, we were advised by consultants that there was no approach. Let me explain. When we were studying the many options, we hired consultants, professional ones. We were trying to find a way to insulate members and to smoothen it. And we said, "Look, can you study and do your simulations?" They ran about a thousand simulations of different market conditions, full of parameters, look at the back projections, back tested it, forward tested it, stressed it and, finally, they gave us an answer. They said there was no approach to funding a 2.5% guarantee through members' contributions that would completely eliminate the risk of a shortfall arising.
