Clause 9
Consequential amendments to Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018
The Second Schedule to the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (Act 40 of 2018) is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “Director of Hazardous Waste” in the second column of item 4 and substituting the words “Director‑General of Environmental Protection”; and
(b)
by deleting the definition of “Director of Hazardous Waste” in the Note.
