Clause 11

Appeal Advisory Committees

The Minister may establish one or more Appeal Advisory Committees consisting of such persons as he thinks fit to appoint for the purpose of —

(a)

assisting him in his determination of any appeal that is brought to him under this Act; and

(b)

advising him on any matter arising from any such appeal.
