Clause 71
(1)
The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, by regulations prescribe the fees that are payable under and for the purposes of this Act and the time at which and the manner in which any such fee is to be paid.
(2)
All fees collected under this Act shall be paid into the funds of the Authority.
