Regulation 26
A licensee must not use the term “general hospital”, “A&E”, “Accident and Emergency Department” or “Emergency Department”, or any abbreviation or derivative of that term, in any language, to convey the impression that the licensee provides any emergency department service, unless the licensee is approved to provide an emergency department service as a specified service for the acute hospital service.
