Clause 7

Section 11(3) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraphs (b) and (c) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)whether the applicant has been granted or is likely to be granted approval for at least one permanent premises, conveyance or other service delivery mode under section 11B;”.
