Regulation 14
Traceability of blood and blood components
Subregulation 1
A licensee must ensure the traceability of every unit of blood or blood component collected from a donor, starting from the time the blood or blood component is collected from the donor and ending at the time the blood or blood component is delivered to a specified person or is otherwise disposed of.
Subregulation 2
Without limiting paragraph (1), the licensee must ensure that accurate and complete labelling of each unit of blood or blood component collected, tested, processed, stored, distributed or otherwise disposed of is made and maintained.
