Regulation 11

Licensees to provide contingency care service only to individuals referred by certain persons

A licensee must not provide any contingency care service to an individual unless —

(a)

the individual has been referred to the licensee by —

(i)

the Director‑General; or (ii)a person who holds a licence under the Act; or

(iii)

[Deleted by S 839/2023 wef 18/12/2023](b)the individual belongs to such class of individuals as may be specified by the Director‑General.
