Purchase of medicinal products and health products
A licensee must ensure that the purchase by or on behalf of the licensee of any medicinal product or health product in connection with the provision of a licensable healthcare service is —
(a)
from a person who holds a valid licence authorising that person to supply or sell the product; or (b)otherwise expressly permitted under any written law.
