Display of business name
Subregulation 1
A licensee must ensure that the licensee’s business name as stated on the licence is displayed on every signage, website and stationery that makes reference to the licensable healthcare service that the licensee is authorised by the licence to provide.
Subregulation 2
In this regulation, “business name”, in relation to the provision of a licensable healthcare service by a licensee, means the name under which the licensee is authorised by a licence to carry on the business of providing the licensable healthcare service.
