Regulation 32

Conduct of ultrasound imaging

A licensee must ensure that any ultrasound imaging conducted on a patient is conducted —

(a)

only as a service that is incidental to the provision of a nursing home service;

(b)

at the licensee’s approved permanent premises; and

(c)

by a personnel of the licensee, who has the appropriate qualifications, skills and competencies to conduct the ultrasound imaging.
