Regulation 16
Drugs used for outpatient renal dialysis service
A licensee must ensure that —
(a)
there is an adequate supply of the appropriate drugs at any premises where the outpatient renal dialysis service is provided, to safely and effectively conduct haemodialysis or provide peritoneal dialysis support; and
(b)
a drug is not used for the outpatient renal dialysis service —
(i)
after its expiry date; or
(ii)
if there is any other reason for any personnel to suspect that the drug is no longer suitable to be used for the outpatient renal dialysis service.
