Regulation 25
Premises must be cleaned
A licensee must ensure that —
(a)
every approved permanent premises is cleaned and disinfected in an appropriate manner and frequency in order to minimise the spread of pathogenic organisms; and
(b)
there are protocols and procedures on the preparation of cleaning solutions, management of cleaning equipment and prompt site decontamination of spills of blood or blood‑containing body fluids at every approved permanent premises.
