Paragraphs 30 and 31 of the principal Code are deleted and the following paragraphs substituted therefor:“30. If a road has a bicycle lane, cycle on the bicycle lane and no other part of the road, except when the bicycle lane is blocked or obstructed, or making a U‑turn or right turn.
31. Ride in a single file when possible.”.
