Amendment of paragraph 91

Paragraph 91 of the Highway Code is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (i) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:“(i)within —

(i)

6 metres (20 feet) of an intersection or a junction of any road or street;

(ii)

9 metres (30 feet) on either side of a bus stop; or

(iii)

3 metres (10 feet) on either side of a fire hydrant;

(ia)where it will obscure a traffic sign or obstruct any entrance;”.
