Clause 8

Consequential amendment to Extradition Act

Paragraph A of the First Schedule to the Extradition Act [Cap. 103] is amended by deleting item 29 and substituting the following item:“29. Hijacking and other acts endangering safety of aircraft and acts endangering safety of an international airport.”.
