Chairman
(1)
The Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Board.
(2)
In his absence the Board may elect any other member to act as Chairman.
(3)
The Chairman shall be entitled to vote. In the event of an equality of votes, the Chairman shall have a casting vote.
