Clause 15

Part III of the Third Schedule to the Banking Act (Cap. 19) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap. 117A),” in the definition of “specified written law”, the words “the Hostage-Taking Act 2010,”.
