Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act, 1966, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act, 1966, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
Amendment of section 5
Subsection (1) of section 5 of the Housing and Development Ordinance, 1959, is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (c) thereof and substituting therefor the following: —“(c)not less than three but not more than five other members,”.
