In this Notification —“agreement” includes any tenancy agreement, licence agreement, agreement for lease or lease entered into between the Board and any tenant, licensee, purchaser, lessee or owner;“maintenance fees” means the service and conservancy charges payable to the Board by any tenant, licensee, purchaser, lessee or owner in respect of any commercial property or stall sold, leased, licensed or otherwise provided by the Board under the Act;“commercial property” includes any building or premises or part thereof sold, leased or licensed by the Board for the purposes of carrying on any business or trade;[Deleted by S 753/2017 wef 01/01/2018]“stall” means a stall in a market or hawker centre.
