Regulation 18
Days and hours of poll
Subregulation 1
The total period during which a poll may be taken shall not exceed 10 consecutive days.
Subregulation 2
Unless the Board otherwise specifies in the notices of the poll under rule 17, the poll shall —
(a)
on the first polling day thereof, open at 8 p.m. and adjourn that same day at 10 p.m. till the next polling day; (b)on each subsequent polling day (except the last polling day), open at 9 a.m. and adjourn that same day at 9 p.m. till the next polling day; and (c)on the last polling day, open at 9 a.m. and close at 9 p.m. of that day.
