Other rights and remedies not affected by this Act
Except as provided in sections 43 and 44, nothing in this Act shall affect or take away any rights or remedies that the owner or mortgagee of a flat, or a body corporate, or the Board as the lessor of the flats in a housing estate, may have in relation to any flat or the common property apart from this Act.
