Regulation 8

Any person who makes any declaration or statement in relation to an application for the written authorisation of a transplant ethics committee under section 15(1) of the Act which is false or misleading in a material particular shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
