Clause 13

Section 31A of the Immigration Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (4), the following subsection:“(5) Any person who contravenes any order made under subsection (1) or (4) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of not less than $5,000 and not more than $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.”.
