Clause 62

in section 2(1), after the definition of “owner”, insert —“ “permanent resident of Singapore” has the meaning given by section 2 of the Immigration Act 1959;”; and

in section 29Q(1)(a) and (2)(a), after “citizen”, insert “of Singapore”.
