Clause 51
Section 90 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “Crown” appearing at the end of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the word “Government”;
(b)
by deleting the words “Comptroller-General of Customs and Excise” wherever they appear in subsection (4) thereof and substituting therefor in each case the words “Comptroller of Customs”;
(c)
by deleting the expression “the Government of the Federation, the Government, the Comptroller-General of Customs and Excise” appearing in subsection (5) thereof and substituting therefor the expression “the Government, the Comptroller of Customs”; and
(d)
by deleting subsection (6) thereof.
