Short title
This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Amendment) Act, 1966.
Amendment of section 37
Subsection (2) of section 37 of the Income Tax Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting the word “other” appearing in sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (c) thereof.
