Clause 17

Section 106 of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after subsection (2) thereof the following subsection: —“(3) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, amend, add to or revoke the whole or any part of the First, Third and Fourth Schedules to this Act.”.
