Clause 10

Amendment of section 13U

In section 13U(1) (or section 13X(1) in the 2014 Revised Edition) of the principal Act —

(a)

in paragraph (c), delete “arising from funds of the master fund or any feeder fund of the structure that are managed in Singapore by a fund manager; or” and substitute —“arising from funds of —

(viii)

the master fund;

(ix)

any feeder fund; or

(x)

any approved eligible SPV, of that structure, that are managed in Singapore by a fund manager; or”; and

(b)

in paragraph (d), delete “arising from funds of the master fund of the structure” and substitute “arising from funds of the master fund or of any approved eligible SPV of that structure,”.
