Clause 30

In section 62B of the principal Act, after subsection (10), insert —“(10A) This section does not apply to any company licensed under the Insurance Act 1966 to carry on insurance business in Singapore, in respect of an accounting period beginning on or after 1 January 2023, or such earlier accounting period as may be approved by the Comptroller in a particular case.”.
