Clause 1
This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Amendment No. 2) Act, 1980.
(2)
Sections 13(b) and 18 of this Act shall have effect for the year of assessment 1980 and subsequent years of assessment.
(3)
Sections 7, 8, 13(a), 14 and 19 of this Act shall have effect for the year of assessment 1981 and subsequent years of assessment.
