Subregulation 1
Hibiscus Investments Pte Ltd is hereby granted exemption from tax on the dividends received in Singapore on 20th October 2004, 22nd June 2005 and 12th October 2005 from Telekom Malaysia Berhad located in Malaysia.
Subregulation 2
The exemption under sub-paragraph (1) is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 25th October 2012 addressed to the tax agent of Hibiscus Investments Pte Ltd.
