Exemption

Cityneon Holdings Limited is hereby granted exemption from tax on the dividends received in Singapore from its subsidiary in Bahrain, Cityneon (Middle East) W.L.L., subject to the terms and conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 20th March 2009 addressed to the tax agent of Cityneon Holdings Limited.
