Subregulation 1

Weatherford Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is hereby granted exemption from tax on the dividends received in Singapore on 19th May 2011 and 29th December 2011 from Energy Ventures Far East Limited located in Hong Kong, being a company in which Weatherford Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. owns 100% of the total number of issued ordinary shares.

Subregulation 2

The exemption under sub-paragraph (1) is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 17th April 2012 addressed to Weatherford Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
