Clause 16

Amendment of section 36

Subsection (1) of section 36 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by inserting immediately after paragraph (d) thereof the following new paragraph: —“(e)any successor to a trade union which was a party to a trade dispute;”; and

(b)

by renumbering existing paragraphs (e) and (f) thereof as (f) and (g) respectively.
