Clause 28

Section 11(1) of the National Environment Agency Act 2002 (Act 4 of 2002) is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)to identify, undertake research into, and conduct investigations and surveillance of environmental health concerns and vectors of infectious agents, and to develop strategies of prevention and control in connection with such matters;”.
