Clause 27
Section 73 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(4) The appropriate Minister may, in making regulations, specify —
(a)
different prescribed times and prescribed infectious diseases in relation to different classes of persons who are required to notify the Director under section 6; and
(b)
for the purposes of section 21B —
(i)
the relevant operators;
(ii)
the classes of relevant persons to whom a relevant operator may be required to disseminate any health advisory; and
(iii)
the types of information that may be obtained from different classes of relevant operators.”.
