Clause 13

Section 60(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(a)by delivering it to the person or to some adult member or employee of his family or household at his usual or last known place of residence;

(aa)by leaving it at his usual or last known place of residence or business in an envelope addressed to the person;”.
