Clause 60

Any person who is guilty of an offence under this Act for which no penalty is otherwise prescribed shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars and, in the case of a second or subsequent like offence, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
