Regulation 35

If a death occurs on any boat or other harbour craft in the waters of Singapore or in any river of Singapore within port limits, the owner or boatman or the nearest relative of the deceased, or any person finding the corpse shall report the death to the police and to a Port Health Officer. Such corpse shall not be landed or caused to be landed without the permission of a Port Health Officer in the Form F set out at the Agency’s website at https://www.nea.gov.sg.
