Prescribed amount of HIV viral load

For the purpose of section 23(1C) of the Act —

(a)

in section 23(1C)(a) of the Act, the prescribed amount of HIV for a detectable HIV viral load is 200 copies per millilitre of blood; and

(b)

in section 23(1C)(b) of the Act, the prescribed amount of HIV for an undetectable HIV viral load is below 200 copies per millilitre of blood.
