Clause 22
Pending proceedings
Any proceedings or cause of action pending or existing immediately before the appointed day by or against the TAS or the NCB or any person acting on their behalf may be continued, and shall be enforced, by or against the Authority as it might have been by or against the TAS or the NCB or such person as if this Act had not been enacted.
