Clause 51
(1)
The Authority must, in every financial year, prepare or cause to be prepared, and adopt, annual estimates of income and expenditure of the Authority for the ensuing financial year.
(2)
The Authority may adopt supplementary estimates of income and expenditure of the Authority where necessary.
(3)
A copy of all annual estimates and supplementary estimates mentioned in this section must be sent to the Minister as soon as possible after their adoption by the Authority.
