Clause 94
The Films Act (Cap. 107, 1998 Ed.) is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the definition of “approved warehouse” in section 2(1), the following definition:“ “Authority” means the Info‑communications Media Development Authority established by section 3 of the Info‑communications Media Development Authority Act 2016;”; and
(b)
by repealing section 39A and substituting the following section:“Payment of fees, etc.39A. Except as otherwise provided in this Act or any other Act, all fees and other moneys collected under this Act or any subsidiary legislation made under this Act are to be paid to the Authority.”.
