Amendment of section 250P
In the principal Act, in section 250P —
(a)
in subsection (1), replace “Official Receiver” with “liquidator”;
(b)
in subsection (1)(a), delete “in the Gazette and”; and
(c)
in subsection (2)(b), after “the date of”, insert “and the reason for”.
