Amendment of Civil Law Act
Section 4(1) of the Civil Law Act (Cap. 43, 1999 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)” and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
