Clause 486

Amendment of Land Titles (Strata) Act

Section 83 of the Land Titles (Strata) Act (Cap. 158, 2009 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “an approved liquidator under the Companies Act (Cap. 50)” and substituting the words “a licensed insolvency practitioner under the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
