Clause 503

Amendment of Private Education Act

Section 60(7) of the Private Education Act (Cap. 247A, 2011 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)” and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
