Clause 519

Amendment of Third-Party Taxi Booking Service Providers Act 2015

Section 28 of the Third-Party Taxi Booking Service Providers Act 2015 (Act 17 of 2015) is amended by deleting the words “section 127 of the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “section 397 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
