Clause 523

Amendment of Women’s Charter

Section 57(1) of the Women’s Charter (Cap. 353, 2009 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “Companies Act (Cap. 50)” and substituting the words “Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018”.
